At Chocolates Sero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Products Eligible for Return:
• Product received in poor condition (damaged, melted, deteriorated during shipping)
• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defect

Note: No returns accepted for change of mind once package is opened (perishable products).

2. Return Period: 5 calendar days from receipt
