Subscription Cancellation Policy - Chocolates Sero

By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to a recurring billing commitment based on your selected frequency.

  • Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be processed at least 5 business days prior to your next billing date.

  • Procedure: Cancellations can be managed directly through your Customer Portal in our online store or by sending an email to our support team.

  • Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on personal taste or content preferences once an order has been processed.

  • Refunds for Processed Cycles: If a cancellation request is made after a quarterly charge has been processed, the cancellation will become effective for the following period, and you will receive the product corresponding to the payment already made.
