1. Coverage Area
We ship to all areas within the Republic of Guatemala. For international shipments, please contact us directly at ayuda@chocolates-sero.com before placing your order.

2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Times and Costs
Guatemala City and metropolitan area: delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
Interior of the Republic: delivery in 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through our courier's website.
